Qualifications:
- Freshers to 6 months of experience
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Job Requirements:
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide online support via email, phone, and chat
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to our clients
- Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Networking
